Bring anything that makes you feel comfortable, cosy, and supported. Unless stated otherwise, please bring a yoga mat to lie on, plus any pillows, bolsters, or blankets you’d like. Your body temperature can drop during a sound bath, so wearing layers (warm socks, jumpers, etc.) and bringing a blanket or hot water bottle is recommended — especially for outdoor events. For late-night outdoor sound baths, we recommend wearing long sleeves and trousers to stay comfortable and avoid any distractions from little creepy crawlies, so you can fully relax into the experience. If you need to borrow a yoga mat or blanket I will have a small number available at each event. I also have weighted eye masks should you wish to use one of mine. If your session is at the Garden Studio in Chart Sutton, mats, blankets, bolsters, weighted eye masks, and extra socks are all provided.

Sound baths are safe for most people. However, they should be avoided if you have sound sensitivity, tinnitus, epilepsy, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy. If you’re unsure, please consult your doctor before booking.
-
Yes — I offer private sound healing sessions designed for children. These are particularly supportive for children with ADHD, autism, or those who simply need a calm space. Children often enjoy sound healing alongside mindful activities such as colouring, reading, Lego, or playdough. These sessions can be held privately or within schools, creating a safe and soothing environment.

I use a range of instruments to create an immersive sound journey, including crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, tingsha, seed shaker and more. I always play intuitively, responding to the needs of the group and the energy in the space, so no two sessions are ever exactly the same. I also invest in continual training and development, which means I’m always learning, refining my practice, and adding new instruments to the soundscape — keeping each journey fresh, expansive, and deeply restorative
-
Absolutely! You don’t need to be spiritual to enjoy or benefit from a sound bath. Many people come simply looking for a way to relax, reduce stress, or sleep better, and they leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more rested. The experience is accessible to everyone — you can approach it as a scientific, wellbeing practice, a chance to switch off, or simply as an hour of deep rest. However you arrive, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.
-
No — sound healing is a complementary practice. It can support relaxation, stress relief, and wellbeing, but it should never replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health condition or are unsure whether sound healing is right for you, please consult your doctor before attending.

Cacao is pure, ceremonial-grade cacao made from the whole cacao bean. Unlike hot chocolate, which is often sweetened and heavily processed, cacao is rich, earthy, and full of natural compounds that support mood, focus, and heart-opening experiences. It’s used intentionally in ceremonies rather than just as a sweet drink. In many parts of Central and South America, cacao is considered sacred and medicinal, with a long history of being used in ritual and community gatherings. In our events, we honour and appreciate this heritage, acknowledging the cultures and traditions that have shared cacao with the world.

I completely understand that sometimes life has other plans. If you need to cancel a booking, please get in touch at least 48 hours before the event so I can try to offer your space to someone else.
Please note: bookings made through Momence are refunded as credit only, which you can use towards any future event. If you’d like to transfer your space to a friend or family member instead, that’s always welcome too.
If, for any reason, I ever need to cancel an event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Be Wild & Well events are designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect. On a personal level, many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded, with better sleep, reduced stress, and a sense of balance in both body and mind. Being immersed in sound and nature helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and promote deep rest and healing.
There’s also a powerful sense of community. Our events bring people together in safe, supportive spaces — whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll find connection and belonging with like-minded people.
For corporate events, the benefits extend into the workplace. Sound and wellbeing sessions can reduce stress, support focus, boost creativity, and improve overall morale. They’re also a unique way to bring teams together, encouraging connection and collaboration while giving staff valuable tools to manage their own wellbeing. Many companies use these events to show genuine care for their people, leading to happier, more engaged teams.
Whether it’s a sound bath, a guided walk, or a bespoke wellness day, Be Wild & Well creates experiences that leave lasting benefits far beyond the event itself
-
Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken during events for use on Be Wild & Well’s website and social media. These are always taken with care to capture the atmosphere rather than individuals. If you’d prefer not to appear in any photos or footage, just let me know when you arrive — your wishes will always be respected.

If, for any reason, I ever need to cancel an event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
