About Be Wild & Well

Helping you find calm, balance, and connection through sound, nature and community

I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, burnt out, and craving space to breathe - and that’s why Be Wild & Well exists

I started Be Wild & Well after reaching a point in my life where I knew something had to change. After years of teaching and constantly running on empty, I found myself burnt out and craving a slower, more meaningful way of living. Along my own path of navigating ADHD, sobriety and rediscovering who I was, I turned to nature and sound — and found they gave me the calm, clarity, and connection I had been missing.

Be Wild & Well is more than a business — it’s a community. I hold space for people to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and the world around them. Whether that looks like lying under a canopy of trees during a sound bath, walking mindfully through Kent’s woodlands, or joining an intimate wellness gathering, every experience is designed to restore balance and bring you back to your centre.

Today, I offer group events, private sessions, and corporate wellness days that make it possible for anyone.

Whether an individual seeking rest, or a workplace wanting to reduce stress and support staff wellbeing, to benefit from these powerful practices.

Alongside my qualification in Sound Healing, I’m also a trained Mental Health First Aider, so you can feel confident knowing I hold space with both compassion and professional care.

If you’re ready to slow down, feel grounded, and discover what it means to truly be wild and well, I’d love to welcome you to one of our upcoming events.
