At Be Wild & Well, my focus is on sound healing, while also weaving in the grounding power of nature, mindful walks, and seasonal wellbeing practices that bring each event to life. Depending on the time of year and the venue, your sound bath might be paired with journalling circles, cacao ceremonies, or Herbal Alchemy: Create Your Own Tea Blend workshops. In the warmer months we might gather under the trees for forest wellbeing walks or celebrate the solstices and equinoxes with rituals that honour the turning of the seasons. In the colder months, we might be tucked into cosy studios or tipis with blankets, candles, and heart-opening practices to help you rest and restore.
These seasonal touches are always designed to complement the sound journey, offering gentle ways to deepen connection with yourself, nature, and the community around you. Each offering can be adapted for 1:1 sessions, children, private groups, community gatherings, corporate wellness days, retreats, or festivals — making wellbeing accessible in the way that suits you best.
